  • Create SAIS IDs of new/ incoming graduate students
  • Assign programs to graduate students
IMS
  • Administer (create, update, delete) users (including roles and access levels)
  • Provide support to colleges on curriculum management
  • Manage academic organization table
  • Manage reports
  • Administer “Student Financials”
  • Develop frontend according to roles
  • Explore and utilize functions
UP-ITDC
  • Administer SAIS on the backend and in terms of policies
  • Coordinate with constituent units
  • Handle major developments
