Websites serve as tools by which colleges, offices, and projects communicate with or reach out to their respective clientele.

Colleges or offices

Units

• Coordinate with IMS regarding hosting concerns and IPPAO regarding content management policies, if any
• Be responsible for content publishing, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act
• Assign a person acting as webmaster, with whom the IMS will coordinate for hosting concerns and IPPAO for content concerns

IMS

• Attend to concerns related to hosting, Drupal, WordPress, among others. Hosting includes installation and setup, domain name, and maintenance
• Train webmasters and users if the site is based on Drupal or WordPress.

IPPAO

• Coordinate with colleges for concerns about information dissemination, contact information, among others.
• See to the proper UP Manila branding of the websites.
