Description
Room Occupancy Online Management System (ROOMS) aims to eliminate this lengthy process by creating a centralized database wherein the requester can view and check the schedules of the rooms of their respective college or other colleges and request a blocking schedule.

Information Management Service (IMS)
  • Manage user accounts, including adding, deleting, and updating.
  • Perform system updates and maintenance as necessary.
  • Identify and fix system bugs to ensure smooth operation.
Colleges
1. Faculty
  • Ensure class schedules are accurately entered and maintained in the system’s calendar.
2. Administrative Officer (AO)
  • Manage room requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on college equipment and room availability.
3. Office of the College Secretary (OCS)
  • Upload room schedules at the start of each semester
